A note to our buyers
Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade goods. While we do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products on our website, please note, lighting as well as phone and computer screens vary.
Return Policy

For any unused product, simply return it with its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer store credit for the value of the product(s) less the shipping unless the product is determined defective.

The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because it does not suite a buyer's particular taste. The buyer is also responsible for ensuring the product is safely returned. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit.

We are not responsible for returns outside of our return policy.

Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.

We currently only ship items to the contiguous 48 States and do not ship items internationally.

Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights and dimensions.
Large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box. -
We ship from Boston, Massachusetts.
