A note to our customers

Handmade products inherently have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade goods. While we do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products on our website, please note, lighting as well as phone and computer screens vary. 

Order Policy

Return Policy

  • For any unused product, simply return it with its original packaging along with the original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the value of the product(s) less the shipping unless the product is determined defective.

  • Gift Cards, customized items, bed pillows, duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets are not eligible for returns unless determined defective. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective. 

  • The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because it does not suite a buyer's particular taste. The buyer is also responsible for ensuring the product is safely returned. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit.

  • We are not responsible for returns outside of our return policy.

  • When a return is made, your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

    • IMPORTANT: Include your name, order number and reason for return - if this information is not included we will not be able to process the exchange, credit, or refund.
       

  • Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

  • Items ship as soon as possible based on the lead time noted on the product page. 

  • When you place your order, you may select to pick up your item(s) for free at our shop in Boston or select standard shipping which takes 3 - 5 business days once it has shipped.

  • We currently ship items to the all states in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We do not ship items to other international destinations.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 to all locations in the United States. Spend more than $200 and shipping is free. Refer to the cart page for current rates to Canada and the United Kingdom. Spend more than $400 and shipping is free to these locations. 

  • Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
